Thank you for shopping with us! We work with print-on-demand partners to create custom-made products just for you. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.
No Returns or Exchanges
Since all of our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please make sure to carefully review the product details, sizing information, and personalization options before placing your order.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.
To Request a Refund or Replacement:
- Contact Us Within 48 hours: Please email us at Cultureclashemporium@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item with the original packaging.
- Review Process: Upon receiving your request, we will review the photos and details of the issue. We may request additional information if necessary.
- Approval: Once the damage or defect is confirmed, we will process your refund or issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes. Please ensure you double-check sizing charts and customization options before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
