Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We offer a unique mix of handmade and print-on-demand (POD) items. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping process.

Processing Time

  • Print-on-Demand Items: These items are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days after production (which typically takes 1-3 days)before they are shipped.
  • Handmade Items: As these products are crafted by hand, please allow 1-3 business days for production before shipment.

We do our best to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner, but please note that production times may vary depending on the complexity of the item and our current workload.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Below are estimated shipping times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days after production.
  • International: 10-21 business days after production.

Please be aware that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing.

Combined Shipping

If your order includes both print-on-demand and handmade items, they may be shipped separately, as they are fulfilled from different locations. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this occurs. No additional shipping charges will be applied for these separate shipments.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service issues, Holiday seasons, customs delays, or weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Cultureclashemporium@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by issuing a replacement or a refund.

Order Modifications

Due to the nature of our operations, we can't offer order modifications for POD items as they're sent to production ASAP. As for our handmade products, once your order has been placed, modifications (such as address changes) can only be made within 24 hours. After that time, the order is likely well in production or has already shipped.

International Customs and Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country’s customs policies, as we cannot predict or control additional fees that may be applied.
